Video Ronaldo once again teased by ‘Messi’ chants

During the Al Nassr vs Al-Raed match, star footballer Cristiano Ronaldo found himself once again subjected to taunts invoking Lionel Messi’s name. Spectators chanted Messi’s name, visibly agitating Ronaldo, who shook his head and exited the stadium. This isn’t the first time Ronaldo has faced such chants; previously, he received a suspension and fine for making obscene gestures toward fans chanting Messi’s name during another match. In the recent game, Al Nassr suffered a 3-1 defeat to Al Raed, further denting their position in the Saudi Pro League. Ronaldo, despite his renowned scoring prowess, failed to find the net during the match. Since joining Al-Nassr in 2022, Ronaldo’s presence has been notable, with his contract reportedly extending till the summer of 2025, making it one of the most expensive transfers in football history, with an annual salary of $200 million.
