Even as she gears up for her debut project on Netflix’s “The Archies,” Suhana Khan, daughter of superstar Shah Rukh Khan, is diversifying her portfolio with alternative income streams. At just 23 years old, Suhana has reportedly invested in real estate, acquiring a property in the picturesque island town of Alibaug in Maharashtra. The property, described as agricultural, spans 1.5 acres in Alibaug’s Thal village and includes structures covering 2,218 sq ft. The land was purchased from three sisters, Anjali, Rekha, and Priya Khot, with Suhana paying a stamp duty of Rs 77.46 lakh for the transaction. Registered under Déjà Vu Farm Pvt Ltd, the property lists Gauri Khan’s mother, Savita Chhibber, and sister, Namita Chhibber, as directors.
