Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has called for a federal cabinet meeting scheduled for April 17, where a comprehensive nine-point agenda will be deliberated under his leadership. The agenda includes discussions on various crucial matters, such as the bill for the establishment of the National Institute for Modern Sciences and the approval of an international award for Ambassador Manzoor Chaudhry.
Additionally, topics like the organization of accountability courts, the appointment of a federal drug inspector, and the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between Pakistan’s Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Qatar’s Ministry of Maritime Affairs will be addressed.
The meeting will also focus on the five-year policy agenda for federal public-private partnerships and the confirmation of decisions made by the ECC. In a recent event, PM Shehbaz expressed gratitude to Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman for his support and emphasized the strengthening of bilateral ties in industries, trade, and investment between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan.
