PCB Penalizes Naseem Shah for Misusing Equipment

During a Pakistan Super League match between Islamabad United and Multan Sultans, bowler Naseem Shah faced consequences for breaching the code of conduct. The Pakistan Cricket Board fined him 10% of his match fee for kicking the stumps after the final ball of Multan Sultans’ innings. Naseem Shah pleaded guilty, accepting the sanctions proposed by match referee Roshan Mahanama. This breach was identified by on-field umpires Ruchira Palliyaguruge and Muhammad Asif, resulting in the imposed fine. Additionally, Multan Sultans were also fined for maintaining a slow over-rate in the same match, with each player fined 10% of their match fee for being one over short of their target.
