The synoptic situation reveals the influence of a westerly wave impacting the western and upper regions of Pakistan, expected to persist in the upper parts in the coming days.
Anticipated weather patterns indicate primarily cold and dry conditions across most parts of Sindh, with upper districts experiencing partly cloudy skies on Monday evening, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Karachi and surrounding areas may experience light rain or drizzle on Monday evening and night, while shallow fog or smog is expected in Jacobabad, Mohenjo-Daro, Sukkur, Larkana, and Dadu during morning and night hours.
The minimum temperature in Karachi is forecasted to range between 12-14 degrees Celsius on Tuesday and 11-13 degrees Celsius on Wednesday. Over the past 24 hours, cold and dry weather prevailed across most parts of the province, with Mohenjo-Daro recording the lowest temperature at 06 degrees Celsius. In Karachi, the minimum temperature was recorded at 13 degrees Celsius, accompanied by a relative humidity of 57 percent during the morning hours.
