Massive Security Presence, 59600 Army CAFs and Police for Peaceful Election

As the country transitions from the crisp winds of winter to the warmth of sunny days, all eyes are on the upcoming General Elections 2024, set to shape the nation’s political landscape. With a robust security plan in place, over 596,000 Army, Civil Armed Forces, and Police personnel have been mobilized nationwide to uphold law and order and ensure a fair and smooth electoral process.
Official sources have confirmed the deployment of 596,618 personnel from the Army, Civil Armed Forces, and Police to oversee election duties, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a peaceful environment for the polls. A significant portion of this force includes 106,942 Quick Response Force members, specifically requested by the Election Commission of Pakistan to contribute to a secure electoral environment.
Furthermore, a substantial contingent of 130,882 personnel from the Pakistan Army and Civil Armed Forces, alongside 465,736 police personnel, will be stationed across the country. Notably, Punjab will see the deployment of 216,000 police personnel, followed by 110,720 in Sindh, 92,535 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and 46,481 in Balochistan, each tasked with ensuring the integrity of the electoral process.
