The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque has designated specific gates at the Grand Mosque in Makkah to welcome pilgrims, coinciding with the advent of the blessed month of Ramadan and the peak Umrah season. These arrangements, formulated in collaboration with government agencies operating within the Grand Mosque, aim to accommodate the anticipated influx of millions of pilgrims from across the Kingdom and around the globe. With meticulous preparations underway, Saudi authorities are committed to ensuring pilgrims and worshippers can perform their rituals with ease and comfort. Entrances for Umrah pilgrims include various gates such as King Abdulaziz Gate, King Fahd Gate, Umrah Gate, and Al-Salam Gate, along with numerous other access points. Similarly, designated exits have been specified to facilitate smooth movement within the mosque premises, including specific stairways, crossings, and elevators catering to different floors and accessibility needs. These measures underscore the commitment to facilitating a seamless pilgrimage experience during this sacred period.
