In observance of Eid ul Fitr, all banks and financial institutions across Pakistan will be closed from April 10th to April 12th, as per the State Bank of Pakistan’s official announcement. This closure aligns with the public holidays designated for Eid celebrations. Additionally, the federal government has affirmed these holidays, with offices adhering to either a five-day or six-day workweek adjusting their schedules accordingly.
The Pakistan Meteorological Department predicts Eid ul Fitr to commence on April 10th, with the Shawwal moon anticipated to be sighted on April 9th. Clear skies are expected in most regions for moon sighting, although northern areas may encounter cloudy conditions, as cautioned by the PMD.
