China is on the brink of introducing a groundbreaking train that rivals the speed of airplanes. The China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation (CASIC) has unveiled a new magnetically levitated (maglev) train, which recently reached a remarkable speed of over 387 miles per hour (623 kilometers per hour) during testing. This achievement marks the fastest speed ever recorded by a superconducting maglev vehicle, as confirmed by the state-owned organization.
