WhatsApp has introduced a new feature allowing users to stay connected even without internet access. By using proxy servers set up by volunteers and organizations, you can continue chatting even during network disruptions. The feature ensures that your messages remain encrypted end-to-end, preserving your privacy and security. Learn how to set up the proxy feature on both Android and iPhone to maintain communication during outages.
How to Connect via Proxy:
• For Android:
1. Update WhatsApp to the latest version.
2. Go to “More options” > “Settings” > “Storage and Data” > “Proxy.”
3. Toggle “Use Proxy” and enter the proxy address.
4. Select “Set Proxy” and click “Save.”
• For iPhone:
1. Update WhatsApp to the latest version.
2. Go to “Settings” > “Storage and Data” > “Proxy.”
