Uzma Bukhari, Punjab’s Information Minister, launched a scathing critique against Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Chief Minister, Ali Amin Gandapur, highlighting his recent shifts in behavior. Accusing Gandapur of inconsistency, she pointed out his previous appeals to the premier contrasted with his current threats towards Punjab and the central government. Bukhari minced no words, asserting that Gandapur’s tenure as chief minister was merely a short-lived result of a disputed mandate. She made it clear that his time in office was ticking away rapidly. Additionally, Bukhari reaffirmed her commitment to preventing the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) from engaging in any destructive behavior, stressing the importance of initiating a new program with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and promoting investment in the nation.
