The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) made three arrests in late night raids regarding the recent Peshawar blast. According to a CTD spokesperson, key suspects were apprehended during targeted operations. The injured terrorist, captured at the scene, provided a statement to officials. Despite the damage to evidence like mobile phones and a motorcycle, investigations continue. The blast, deemed a ‘suicide’ attack by SSP Operations Kashif Aftab Abbasi, resulted in two deaths and one injury. Rescue teams promptly responded, and authorities initiated inquiries, with no group claiming responsibility yet. The explosion occurred as terrorists were transporting explosives to another location.
