In Parliament, PTI Presents Resolution Demanding Imran Khan’s Release

The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has lodged a resolution with the National Assembly Secretariat, urging the release of its Founder Imran Khan and several other political leaders and journalists. Presented by PTI leaders Omar Ayub, Asad Qaiser, and others, the resolution underscores the immediate need for Imran Khan’s release, denouncing what it deems as legal manipulation and political persecution. It extends its plea to include the liberation of other political figures like Shah Mahmood Qureshi and Dr. Yasmin Rashid, asserting that their cases are similarly politically motivated. Additionally, the resolution calls for the closure of cases involving journalists such as Imran Riaz Khan and Asad Toor, emphasizing the pursuit of justice and fair treatment in the country.
